We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 6 months internship. The ideal candidate will have various missions such as generating leads through a variety of channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns, as well as creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our design and development teams to maximize marketing effectiveness.
You’ll join our French team based in Dijon, and you’ll be working on a daily basis with our Transition Head of Marketing based in the US.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
· Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
· Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
· Coordination: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
· Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, concurrence, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
· Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
· Technical Experience: A first experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency is a plus.
· Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B professional services
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing, particularly Zoho CRM.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
· Project Management: Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English – French is a plus).
· Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
· Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
