As Ogury’s business scales ever faster, the Sales Strategy and Operations team is strongly engaged in driving the key processes of the commercial organization by translating strategic needs of the business into operational actions. The team’s mission is to provide commercial teams with optimal conditions to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through measurement, processes and tools.  

This apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while gaining valuable experience in a tech environment.

You will work closely with the Manager Sales Strategy for the EMEA & APAC regions to monitor and analyze business performance, contributing to the identification of key insights and recommendations for our commercial leadership and their teams. 

What You Will Do:

  • Business Performance Reporting & Insights: Support the creation and maintenance of regular performance reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics that communicate performance findings and actionable insights to key stakeholders. 
  • Forecasting & Modelling: Support the preparation of business forecasts and predictive models to anticipate future performance trends as well as commercial teams’ objectives thanks to strong understanding of local trends & specificities.  
  • Ad hoc Analysis: Provide data-driven insights for various business needs, including special projects and ad-hoc requests from management to support decision-making.  

    • Who You Are:

  • Enrolled in or completed a relevant degree or qualification (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent level of education. 
  • Must be eligible for a working student contract for a minimum of 6 months 
  • Quick learner, pro-active to work with tight deadlines and eager to learn and adapt in dynamic work environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets  
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel is a must, Salesforce is a plus  
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
