About the role
As Ogury continues to grow our footprint in the U.S., we’re excited to welcome a Customer Success Manager to our dynamic and collaborative team.
This role will play a critical part in driving client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term retention across our East Coast agency and brand partners.
In this client-facing role, you’ll be the hub of campaign activity—working cross-functionally with our Sales and AdOps, teams to ensure we’re delivering industry-leading campaign performance with a service experience to match. From strategic consultation and onboarding to reporting and renewals, you’ll oversee every step of the campaign lifecycle with precision, creativity, and ownership.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and showcasing the power of data-driven insights.

Reporting into our Senior Director of Customer Success, this is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office. We value in-person collaboration and encourage our team to join us in-office at least two days per week.
