About the Role

As the Senior Product Analyst at Ogury, you will be at the forefront of transforming how data drives our product decisions. You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our products by leveraging data insights to guide strategy and execution.

What you will be doing

  • Drive investigations into complex questions around user behavior, campaign performance and delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth exploratory analyses to uncover insights into audience segmentation, content performance, and optimization areas, providing recommendations that guide product direction and improve outcomes.
  • Develop detailed reporting for business and product teams, focusing on performance metrics, such as ad engagement, audience reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reporting tools that offer clear insights for stakeholders, enabling strategic decisions that directly impact product effectiveness and advertising outcomes.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly notify stakeholders of any critical alerts or issues.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to develop a sustainable data infrastructure, balancing immediate analytics needs with long-term data quality and governance goals.
  • Provide strong leadership in structuring data to support scalable analytics, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and reliability across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making and  alongside the company.
  • Use data-driven insights to shape the product roadmap, with a focus on audience reach, campaign performance, and innovative targeting methods that elevate advertising outcomes.
  • About you

  • Experience in data manipulation & visualization as a data analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries.
  • Experience integrating SQL with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong ability to design efficient schemas for complex datasets.
  • Python and dbt experience is a plus.
  • Autonomy to handle analyses end-to-end, from framing the problem to providing actionable conclusions.
  • Proven ability to interpret and present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
