As Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be in charge of fueling Onepilot growth by addressing product or service related e-merchants: e-commerce, travel, telco, mobility, finance, insurance…
You will work directly with Pierre Latscha - co-founder and CCO and you will carry out the entire sales cycle for the French market: prospecting, demonstration, commercial proposal and closing. You won’t be managing the team.
Your buyer’s personas will be E-commerce Manager, Customer Care Manager, COO, CEO, CCO, Marketing Manager, Procurement manager…
You will candidate to tenders (RFI, RFP…) and conduct more complex sales proposals.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the market access strategy (KPI, Persona, USP…) and participate in marketing and growth actions.
You will be responsible for reporting and forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Your variable salary will be based on the MRR you will generate.

5 years’ experience minimum in BtoB sales: SaaS and/or e-commerce sales and/or Outsourcing
You have an eagerness to work in a startup team environment, dynamic and ambitious

You love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of potential clients
Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction
You like to be challenged and to push yourself
You are fluent both in French and English
