Working in close collaboration with our Sales, Product and Support teams, the Solution Engineer actively participates in the pre-sales phases of the OneStock solution. As a solution expert, you bring business, technical and project experience to the pre-sales process. You are also a key role in a smooth transition to project detailed design.
As a Solution Engineer working in the pre-sales team at OneStock, we expect you to:
💼 Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail, e-Commerce and Order Management solutions, with a deep knowledge of the retail tech environment
🕶 Participate in strategic sales engagement with enterprise customers and partners
😁 Manage RFP process and solution design
🙋 Facilitate meetings/workshops/support sessions to present the functional and technical aspects of the solution to prospects
🚀 Participate in the drafting of architecture diagram, RFP documents presentations and others
🙎 Participate in the customer follow-up once the production is completed, in close collaboration with the project managers, the support and the sales teams, on cross selling or performance optimization phases of the solution
🔄 Conduct demonstrations and onsite presentations
