About the job :

Our SOC & CSIRT Team is dedicated to safeguarding our infrastructure and that of our clients. As part of our mission, you will contribute to designing our global security architecture, as well as training and raising awareness about security within our company.

As a Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in detecting and monitoring major security events, building and enhancing our Security Operation Center (SOC) with cutting-edge security tools such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and UEBA. Your responsibilities will include integrating these tools into various response and action platforms. As our company rapidly scales, you will be pivotal in implementing our SOC and CSIRT roadmap, ensuring we adapt and maintain robust security measures. This role is ideal for security engineers looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

As a Security Engineer, you will:

- Monitor our network and infrastructure for security threats.

- Assist in the implementation of new security protection methods.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SOC and CSIRT capabilities.

- Participate in security incident response activities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

- Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices within the organization.

- Mentor junior security engineers and provide guidance on complex security issues.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Native french and good english level

- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and operating SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and UEBA tools.

- Deep understanding of baseline security requirements and platform hardening principles.

- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving under stress and time constraints.

- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems administration.

- Ability to read and write in Python and Bash

Preferred Qualifications :

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with IT security products and services, particularly SIEM.

- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE).

- Familiarity with common attack patterns and exploitation techniques.

- Experience in developing custom tools to exploit and understand system vulnerabilities.

- Golang knowledge would be appreciated
