You will have the opportunity to help craft a brand that stands for something bigger. You’ll have the creative freedom to build a cohesive identity across every touchpoint, making Opal unforgettable to our Gems (our community). You will work closely with Ugo (PM) and Anton (Product Design) under the guidance of Antoine Choussat, our creative director advisor, who spend 10+ years at Apple where he notably was the co-creator of the Shot on iPhone campaign; and then helped lead the brand redesign at Snap.
Define Our Brand’s Future: Build Opal’s visual identity from the ground up. Your brand playbook will set the tone for everything we do—from our website to social campaigns.
Design for Impact: Whether it’s a web page, a print flyer, or event swag, you’ll create designs that are thoughtful, striking, and consistent across all mediums.
Collaborate & Experiment: Partner with our Growth and Product teams to push creative boundaries, designing campaigns and assets that spark engagement and scale our mission.
Tell the Opal Story: Use design to bring our values to life—whether through animations, videos, or other dynamic content that resonates with our community.
Be Everywhere: From social posts to internal decks and even product design, you’ll ensure our brand is seamless and polished at every touchpoint.
We are looking for:
A Brand Visionary: You understand how to create a visual identity that tells a story and makes a brand unforgettable.
Skilled & Versatile: You have 3+ years of experience in brand design, ideally in a B2C setting. You’re fluent in both digital and physical design and know how to make an impact across platforms.
Creative with Purpose: You don’t just design for aesthetics—you design to connect, inspire, and drive action.
Quick on Your Feet: Agile and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments where experimentation is key.
Collaborative, Yet Independent: You’re proactive and take ownership of your work but value the power of feedback and teamwork.
Tool-Savvy: Proficient with Adobe Suite, Figma, and motion design tools to make your ideas shine.
