As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be in charge of managing software implementation for customer airlines.
🏋️♂️Activities & Responsibilities:
The Software Implementation Specialist is in charge of managing software implementation for customer airlines. This role combines 3 aspects :
Project Management:
Act as the focal point during the software implementation of new customer airlines (approximately 6 months).
Coordinate with customers and internal team members and manage daily tasks, weekly calls, and project planning.
Ensure clear communication to keep internal and external parties informed at the relevant level of detail.
Customer Relationship:
Adapt to diverse airline needs and cultures, leveraging existing internal tools and processes.
Take ownership of customer relationships after the sale process is completed until the end of the implementation.
Perform custom analysis of data to address specific needs expressed by customers.
Data :
Manage the data integration between airlines and OpenAirlines leveraging knowledge of aeronautical data (flight plan, flight data).
Code with Java and Python to integrate flight data from diverse airlines and validate data quality.
Drive continuous technical improvement of tools and methods with a focus on innovation. Experience of working with Git and Pull Request, writing Unit Tests.

Holder of an Engineering, Scientific or project management Master degree and you have at least two years related experience.
Demonstrate proven project coordination skills, including flexibility with changes, effective task prioritization, and timely delivery.
Professional proficiency in English is essential as it’s our day to day language, conversational French is expected, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Interest in aeronautics is necessary and Airlines operations background is a plus.
You have a solid experience with the use of Git for version control. You also have database experience with a good understanding of SQL queries.
Skillfully balance autonomy with collaboration while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in object-oriented programming and skills in coding experience (Python and Java) is a plus.
