Operations
The Operations team is the largest department at Otoqi, filled with logistics and operations experts dedicated to flawless execution of our services.
- Logistics Team: Masters at problem-solving, they ensure the smooth execution of all client missions. As the main contact point with drivers, they oversee quality control and keep everything running efficiently.
- Ops Excellence Team: Focused on improving internal and external processes, this team’s expertise in automation and Excel enhances our efficiency and reflects their determination to uphold excellent quality standards.
- Partner Team: Managing our vast driver network across France, this team is responsible for engaging over 2000 drivers, ensuring we deliver top-tier service every day

Sales
The Sales team, made up of SDRs, Business Developers, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers, brings deep expertise in the automotive and mobility sectors.
With a strong understanding of the market, the Sales team provides innovative solutions to simplify clients' daily operations.
They're always close to their clients, listening carefully to their needs to build long-term relationships. These professionals are true experts in customer focus.

The Tech team brings the Product team’s ideas to life.
They are responsible for coding and developing Otoqi’s platform and app, and are split into three specializations:
- Front-end: Developing the user-facing side of the website and app.
- Back-end: Building the engine that powers the application behind the scenes.
- Data: Collecting and analyzing data to support all other teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
