Your main responsibilities :

As the leader of the Benelux, you will be responsible for establishing, driving and operating the execution of the OVHcloud sales & marketing strategy in region. Your first mission will be to build the team and embody OVHcloud in the Benelux region.

Sales

  • Implement a sales strategy for the different Go to Market: Digital, Tech (ISV, SaaS providers), Corporate (direct and indirect through partners)
  • Focus on customer acquisition: SaaS editors, integrator, partners
  • Forecast sales turnover and establish financial projections based on the identified business potential
  • Be involved in executive meetings with customers and partners

Sales Operations
  • Analyse local sales performance to identify action to be taken to increase sales efficiency.
  • Actively participate in determining the market mix (price, products, ranges, brands)
  • Manage key performance metrics


Your future impact

In 6 months
  • Set up a fully operational team integrated into OVHcloud, fully capable of developing the business
  • Define the roadmap and a local communication plan (events, press relations, etc.)
  • First commercial successes in the world of Tech, partnerships etc.

  • OVHcloud recognised as an European leader
  • 15% YoY growth
  • A 3-year strategic plan to expand in the region

Skills required :
  • You have a strong result and performance culture
  • You have the leadership to engage and motivate team members.
  • You have the ability to analyze and propose actions to improve business trends
  • You are customer-centric
  • Demonstrable knowledge of technology and cloud business model
  • Strong understanding of contractual structures and ability to negotiate
  • You’re native dutch speaker and fluent in english
