Stock Keeper

We are looking for a/an Stock Keeper for our Industry department, which manages the entire value chain. We offer a unique industrial model.
We design and deliver our hardware resources and infrastructures. The industry at OVHcloud encompasses key industry activities, such as supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, as well as engineering and R&D. Your main responsabilities

• Receive incoming stock
• Unload goods from delivery trucks and sign shipment notes in accordance with procedures
• Receive orders from the central warehouse
• Monitor delivery orders and the quantities recorded
• Monitor the quality of goods received
• Select goods according to the initial order
• Input receipts into the information system
• Highlight issues, if necessary
• Manage backorders

• Be part of the team that will build the nascent datacenters of OVH Italy, making its own curiosity, team spirit and proactivity.
• Support your IT run colleagues in other tasks as needed. Be ready to be the “custodian” of the latest OVH technologies with accuracy and reliability.

In 1 Year

• After 1Y stock keeper: Be part of the operational team that maintains IT infrastructure and infrastructure and next-generation ones.
• Ensure, manage and plan the OVH Italy datacenter spare parts warehouse with seriousness and dedication, supporting IT Run colleagues when necessary.

#Profile

• Ability to drive a forklift truck
• Knowledge of inventory management software
• General knowledge of hardware or data servers
• Ability to react and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Thoroughness and organizational skills
• Proactive, with anticipation skills
• Able to teach others and be diplomatic
• Customer service focus
• First-hand experience as a storekeeper is preferable, ideally in an industrial environment
