As our Head of Trading, you’ll lead a high-performing team of esports traders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your mission? To define and execute a bold vision for our esports betting operations—optimizing pricing strategies, enhancing trading efficiency, and driving profitability. By setting clear KPIs and collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of esports betting and keeping PandaScore ahead of the game.

Your missions 🏀

• Coach and mentor a powerhouse team of esports traders (+23 traders), fostering a high-performance and results-driven environment

• Maintain and nurture a strong team culture, ensuring a collaborative, supportive, and engaging work environment where people grow and thrive

• Oversee odds compilation and pricing strategies, ensuring a perfect balance between competitiveness and profitability

• Analyze market trends, betting patterns, and pricing sensitivities to fine-tune our trading strategies and maintain a sharp competitive edge

• Collaborate with our Data Science, Analytics and Product teams to push the boundaries of automation, predictive modeling, and trading tools

• Continuously refine trading processes to maximize efficiency, margins, and overall performance

• Manage real-time event coverage, ensuring seamless trading execution and top-tier service levels

• Play a key role in product development, prioritizing features that enhance pricing accuracy and overall trading excellence

• An expert in esports and/or sportsbook trading, with a deep understanding of trading operations and pricing strategies

• A strong leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing trading teams. Bonus points if you have leadership experience in a B2B odds provider

• A sharp analytical thinker with excellent decision-making skills

• Deeply knowledgeable about esports betting markets, tournament structures, and industry innovations

• Highly proficient in data-driven decision-making, odds modeling, and trading automation

• Financially savvy, with expertise in odds compilation, market-making, and margin optimization

• A great communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
