The Role

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the French B2B Sales Market. Your mission will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, while ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will partner closely with the sales team and cross-functional teams to implement and manage sales enablement programs across key areas, including sales training, go-to-market strategies and recruiting support.

This will involve assessing sales capabilities needs, creating compelling sales content and delivering in-person training all while ensuring a consistent and cohesive message. Your efforts will equip the team with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed and excel in their roles.

Job Responsibilities

Training & Development:

  • Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training, resources, and tools to ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Ongoing Development: Implement and manage ongoing sales training programs to ensure the team continuously enhances their skills and effectively utilizes sales tools to maximize productivity, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Content & Resources: Create, update, and maintain sales enablement resources, including training decks, newsletters and sales collateral to ensure that all content is current, relevant, and easily accessible to the sales team.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Sales Program Deployment: Roll out sales and commercialization programs designed to enhance productivity and drive effectiveness in partnerships and customer engagements.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to identify key enablement priorities, executing programs that align with business goals while continuously optimizing their impact and driving measurable results.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Regularly assess and report the impact of sales enablement initiatives, leveraging performance metrics and sales data.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Gather and communicate feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to refine and iterate on enablement strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Must have Native-level fluency in French, with good knowledge of Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years in a high-performance sales environment, with focus on sales, enablement, or learning and development and a solid understanding of the sales environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple sales enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of adapting to challenges with initiative and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Results-Driven with good analytical skills, using data to drive decisions.
  • Passionate about enhancing sales team performance and contributing to company growth with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sales enablement and development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems would be a plus
