As the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategy:
    • Define a comprehensive strategy to scale our partnerships in the Banking and Real Estate verticals, ensuring alignment with papernest’s overall business objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and position papernest as a key player in these verticals.
  • Generate growth and scale new partnerships / business types:
    • Test and grow our revenues by launching new countries for B2B2C acquisition.
    • Build new business lines on top of existing verticals, including real estate, mortgage brokers, and banks.
  • Maximize partner-driven revenue:
    • Increase the revenue generated by our partners by improving the qualification of the leads they bring.
    • Deeply analyze and understand client needs to ensure papernest delivers the best service possible.
    • Propose B2B customer journey improvements, test new strategies, and scale relevant new journeys.
  • Drive new product launches and features:
    • Ensure the quick adoption of new products and features by identifying customer benefits, key selling points, and embarking internal teams.
    • Propose and implement improvements in product offerings, lead generation tools, and processes, driving resulting changes in inside sales and account management practices.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with strategic partners, including banks, real estate agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
  • Build, Manage, and Animate a High-Performing Team:
    • Bring your expertise, dynamism, and leadership to create motivation and engagement within the teams.
    • Define specific, clear, measurable, challenging, and achievable goals for team members.
    • Closely monitor team and managerial performance to identify and drive relevant improvements.
    • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies for your team, balancing the involvement of yourself and your managers depending on the topic.
    • Promote existing training programs to position papernest as a benchmark company for learning sales skills and professional growth.


What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of driving growth through partnerships, ideally in the Banking or Real Estate sectors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to think big and define long-term strategies, while also excelling in execution and operational management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
