About the Role

The Quality Assurance Lead (QA) will be part of the Compliance organisation, and more closely working with the Head of Compliance. This role is required to execute the firm’s strategy in accordance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. The focus is to conduct ongoing sample testing on the due diligence procedures both the Monitoring and KYC teams conduct, handling partner audits and reviews, as well as identifying and suggesting process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing Sample Testing of KYC Onboarding and Transactions Monitoring processes
  • Suggest process, policy and procedures improvements
  • Risk assessment of current processes
  • Report to Head of Compliance and MLROs any information related to potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Suggest process improvements where required
  • Handling end-to-end partner Audits & Reviews

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Quality assurance experience in AML operations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Readiness to run quality assurance on KYC and Transactions Monitoring processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Finance or any related field.
  • Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment
  • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have a high business contribution
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
