About the Role

Under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating content that encourages lead generation in our key Spanish market, as well as supporting other marketing and business needs that require expert Spanish copywriting.

Responsibilities

  • Research and write original Spanish copy for lead generation and training resources, including blogs, ebooks, video scripts, checklists, customer stories, emails and more.
  • Localize written content from English to Spanish across various digital and print assets, including blogs, ads, social, web pages, case studies, email, video and webinar scripts, and more.
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of all Spanish-language website and landing pages, ensuring content excellence and continuous conversion rate improvements.
  • Find opportunities to improve organic traffic, update and suggest improvements to technical SEO, and conduct Spanish keyword research.
  • Manage regional Social Media channels and Spanish content campaigns, including customer stories and content launches, to drive engagement and lead generation, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of relevant, key Spanish news stories, trends, and events to ensure our content resonates with and reflects the needs of our audience.
  • Be the PR and content reference for the region on trending topics, ensuring relevant and timely messaging in the Spanish market.
  • Support with content performance analysis, including conversion rate, bounce rate, organic traffic, etc.
  • Suggest opportunities to improve existing Spanish copy across all business areas, including marketing, sales, and product endeavours.
  • Occasionally support Spanish UI and UX copy development/sales copy/customer copy as required.
  • Suggest potential outreach opportunities for content sharing/partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Content Management experience
  • Native Spanish speaker with business level English
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Proficient B2B storyteller who understands how to create engaging copy
  • Skilled in project management, following briefs, researching articles, and sourcing proof points
  • Understanding of B2B buyers journey/inbound marketing strategies
  • Experienced in writing for SEO and supporting site traffic improvement and page ranking
  • Experienced in researching and creating content
  • Experienced in measuring content performance
  • Experience with using CMS tools such as WordPress or Drupal and Google Analytics, and Project Management tool such as Asana or Jira is desirable but not essential
  • Enthusiastic about Fintech
