Our Cybersecurity department plays a key role in our company, given our focus on payment solutions. As part of the team, you will work cross-functionally with various departments, ensuring secure pathways and guiding the company toward compliance and best security practices.

Job Purpose

The Cyber Security Analyst is part of the Security team and will work in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. The analyst is responsible for monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance, and responding to incidents. Additionally, they will contribute to security awareness initiatives and collaborate with teams to strengthen the company’s cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Analyze Security Alerts: Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using Microsoft 365 Security Center and other tools. Analyze and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.

  • Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform remediation.

  • Security Policies and Procedures: Implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Compliance-Driven Security: As a banking-regulated company we adhere to multiple compliance programs. Ensure technical security measures align with regulatory requirements as part of ongoing compliance programs.

  • Security Awareness & Training: Develop and deliver internal initiatives to enhance employees’ cybersecurity awareness, including short workshops and best practice guidelines.

  • Security Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.


Preferred experience

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.

  • Experience in customer success, project coordination, or operational roles in payments, fintech, or a related industry.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain processes and tools.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address onboarding challenges proactively.

  • Familiarity with payment technologies, platforms, and compliance requirements is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Efficy, PowerBI, Zendesk, JIRA, REDMINE) and project management tools.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for payment integration.

  • Fluency in both French and English is required
