Job description

As Senior Front-end Engineer at Pelico, you will take a pivotal role in enhancing our innovative operations management platform. Your mission will involve spearheading the development of cutting-edge features, aligning them with the highest standards of expertise. Our primary focus is ensuring our industrial clients' satisfaction through seamless user experiences.

Reporting directly to the Front End Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing new features within the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

What you'll do & achieve 🚀

• Lead the design and development of advanced front-end features for our platform.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Designer to elevate the platform's UI and UX.
• Incorporate user feedback and insights from Customer Operations & Product teams to continually enhance the platform's impact on our clients.
• Mentor and guide other engineers in the squad, contributing to a collaborative and empowering team culture.
• Play a vital role in shaping our engineering culture and best practices, particularly within an international team environment with remote colleagues.

• Proficiency technical expertise on React, GraphQL & Typescript
  
• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement complex UI features in collaboration with Product Designers.
