The "CRM" squad is responsible for all flows and actions operated by our Success and Sales team daily.
💬 CRM Mission:
- Make it enjoyable and efficient for CRM daily users to work on salesforce (Sales, Success, Marketing, Finance),
- Support strategic initiatives (ex, pricing changes),
- Tools our partners to use our CRM,
- Sync with our pennylane app to ensure good data quality,
- The scope includes maintaining existing features and building new ones from scratch, as some processes are still entirely manual, some “big bricks” are added regularly.
👀 Example of what the CRM should facilitate:
- Acquiring and analyzing high-value customers,
- Targeted marketing efforts and crafting appropriate value propositions,
- Capturing relevant customer data and implementing new distribution channels,
- Developing new pricing models and supporting efficient processes,
- Providing better intel for front-line staff and motivating employees,
- Aligning incentives and providing necessary tools for fostering customer relationships,
- Learning to retain customers by understanding churn reasons and improving customer satisfaction levels.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define a 6/12m strategy for the CRM scope
- Product Management: Oversee discovery, delivery, and go-to-market for this new team.
- Extensive Cross-Department Collaboration: Work effectively with many personas and internal stakeholders, at all levels.
- Complex Problem Navigation: Simplify and manage complex topics.
🌺 What Makes the Role Unique:
- Engage with numerous stakeholders and personas, including many internal personas (which come with both rewards and constraints), this involves deep diving into the roles of customer agents, sales agents, developping a deep understanding of our sales & marketing strategy to drive CRM strategy as well
- Support core processes across several business units, train internal teams on new features.
Gain valuable knowledge about how key business units operate, which can be applicable in different companies.
- Work in a transversal scope with a variety of features that require different product skills, ranging from classic UX flows to more backend-oriented solutions.
🎯 Profile:
Interest in “Ops” product management (working with internal persona, master how operations team work)
Strong interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder relationships, spend time with our internal users, gain buy-in on roadmap, spend time with internal teams to understand their problems and explain prioritization decisions. (Plan to be in the office at least once a month as most stakeholders are paris based)
Ability to simplify and tackle complex problems.
Hands-on approach and willingness to step outside traditional product roles to ensure product success (e.g., collaborating with operations and data teams).
Prior experience in product management or “rev ops” job at a scale-up or large tech company is required.

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
