The position

Job description

We are looking for a vibrant and creative Community Manager. 

You will be responsible for creating content and engaging with our community on our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) hand in hand with the Brand Manager. You’ll be the voice (and ears!) of the brand on our social accounts, engaging with our growing community, helping build meaningful connections, and making sure every comment, DM, and tag gets the love it deserves.

More specifically:

💖 Alongside our Brand Manager, you’ll be in charge of creating innovative, engaging, and on-brand content for our various social platforms following our 2025 editorial strategy

📲 Engaging daily with our French and English-speaking communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & beyond.

💫 Igniting conversations around pelvic floor health, motherhood, postpartum, and women’s wellness—because these topics deserve the spotlight.

🔎 Keeping a pulse on trending topics and jumping into relevant conversations to position Perifit as the go-to brand in women’s health.

✍️ Monitoring feedback, responding to questions, and making sure every community member feels heard.

📈 Tracking engagement and community growth on our social platforms —because we love learning from insights!


Preferred experience

A bit about you! You’re more than motivated to actively participate in the development of a fast-growing startup in the femtech world! First and foremost, you’re a stout feminist and passionate about female health, people, and creating engaging content, community development and all the creation that this implies. As a very visible representative of the brand, you must be ready to naturally carry the brand voice and brand values in everything that you do!

📚 Formation en Social Media, Communication, ou Marketing - Bac +3/+4/+5

💖 Fluent in French & English (You must be comfortable making front-camera-facing content in both languages on topics related to female health and wellness.)

🚀 You’re a social media master (Definitely Instagram & TikTok, YouTube/LinkedIn are a plus!) - Feel free to send us some links of your content work with your resume!

🎨 You’re solution-oriented and creative

🎥 You’re not afraid to be in front of the camera or speak openly and vulnerably with our community

💼 (not required but a plus) You’ve had a previous experience (can be an internship) in communication, marketing, or social media

🪄 You’re a magician of words. You have impeccable and witty writing and communication skills in English & French (both mandatory).

🤝 You’re a team player, easy-going, and yet very demanding of yourself. Your success is the team’s success.

🤰 You are comfortable talking about women’s health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of pelvic floor health, the vagina, childbirth and female intimacy in general, and curious to learn more,

👩‍⚖️ You are a feminist and believe in the right of every woman to have access to fun and effective health solutions,

💬 You speak and write excellent English and French.
