What you will be doing

As part of our RnD team, you will lead the selection, testing, and optimization of measurement systems to develop new features and new products. These will have a true impact on the life of hundred of thousands of women. This role involves close collaboration with development and industrialization teams to implement effective testing and production strategies that enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

• Innovate and develop new features in collaboration with the product team to improve our products.

• Select and design the best sensors, acquisition systems, and mechanical integration to ensure that our products remain best in class.

• Develop and implement experimental protocols to evaluate the performance of our new features.

• Document and share experimental results with the team.

• Oversee production transfer of tested solutions in close collaboration with the industrialisation team, to make sure that the production-line performance tests are accurately testing our products and ensure an optimal performance-to-cost ratio.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, testing innovative solutions to maintain our market leadership

What Hard Skills We Need to See 🛠️

• Educational Background: You have a PhD or a degree in electronics, sensor physics, instrumentation engineering, or a related field.

• Work Experience: At least two significant experiences and 5 years in mechatronics or robotic design with expertise in calibration methods, error propagation, and uncertainty analysis. Proficient in electronic design for data acquisition and numerical signal processing.

• You have prototyping and hardware integration hands on experience, designing and prototyping measurement systems that blend electronics, mechanics, and embedded software.

• You can proudly say that you have one of these keywords on your CV: significant experience in biomechanics, advanced skills in C++ or Python, or expertise in time-series databases and visualisation.

• You already have startup experience or a background in consumer device development, understanding the efficiency needed in fast-paced product cycles.
