As you read above, we’ve grown fast, iterating quickly on our products to deliver what our customers need and we became one of the top femtech companies in the world. Now, we’re looking to level up our processes: make sure that at every iteration of our products (and I can tell you we iterate!) the output is at least as incredible as we originally designed it. For that, we need you, a V&V Engineer with the drive and expertise to refine our testing approach, spot potential issues, and keep us ahead of industry standards for medical devices. With your skill and dedication, we can continue delivering trusted, high-quality solutions that make a real difference in women’s health worldwide. 💪🌍
In two words : as part of the industrialisation team, you will ensure that every iteration of our product meets both customer expectations and regulatory standards like FDA and CE, before it is placed on the production line.
Defining the Test Plan: You will be the one coordinating all teams to establish the V&V strategy
Executing the Tests: You will take charge of planning and coordinating with our labs and factories for testing, and you will also execute the test plan hands-on.
Creating Custom Test Jigs: You will design and develop specialized test equipment (jigs). We typically prototype in-house, develop the associated software, and then collaborate with our factories to produce the final, production-ready jigs.
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Alignment: You will design our testing protocols to ensure they remain compliant with existing regulatory submissions (FDA, CE) and meet regulatory expectations for any new products..
Educational Background: An engineering degree in embedded software, electronics, or mechanical design. Relevant Experience: 3+ years as a V&V or Test Engineer, ideally in a consumer device environment.
Industrialization and Reliability Knowledge: Familiarity with production electronic assembly processes and reliability engineering principles, including lifecycle testing.
Software Development: Experience with C or Python for developing and supporting test software.
Mindset: Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, and tenacious in problem-solving. That person should also have a focus on thoroughness and practicality.
You are a feminist: You believe in the right of every woman to have access to fun and effective health solutions. You are comfortable talking about women’s health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of pelvic floor health, the vagina, childbirth and female intimacy in general, and curious to learn more.
Team Collaboration: A track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong technical writing skills and clear communication abilities.
Innovation in Testing: You have experience designing or refining unique test methods, particularly for consumer products. Tell us everything !
Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with the healthcare sector, especially in regulated environments.
Mandarin Proficiency: A plus for collaborating with manufacturing partners.
If you work with us, you’ll have a direct, meaningful impact on the lives of hundreds of thousands of women—and their children. That’s a lot of people ! You’ll be part of a challenging, fast-paced environment where your mission is clear: create the absolute best for our customers.
You will be responsible on your perimeter. No one in our company will know more about our V&V processes than you.
