The products you will work on

The products related to this profile are the ones related to Marketing Analytics, including Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo). Other tools might be included with the objective of having the best set of Analytics for Marketeers.

Attribution products are also part of their scope as support for marketing attribution, providing a way for Marketeers to determine how marketing tactics—and subsequent consumer interactions—contributed to sales, conversions, or other goals.

Your key missions

The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value:

  • Product Catalog Management: Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager
  • Demand management & Backlog Management: Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Transform business requirements into detailed Features and user stories to fuel a product backlog
  • Product lifecycle management : Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value
  • Incident management : Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution

  • You have up to 5 years’ experience
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
  • You have strong analytic & critical thinking, with experience in analyzing & breaking down problems & information using structured frameworks & methodologies
  • You are business oriented & have a macro understanding global business strategy, objectives & processes (domain or product family level)
  • You are detail-oriented & data-driven mindset
  • You are collaborative & agile
