We are looking for a Business Analyst - Workday Staffing! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

Pernod-Ricard is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our global HR Tech team, specifically focusing on Workday Employee Staffing.

In this role, you will be part of the Group HR Transformation team, in the HR Tech Center of Excellence to drive continuous improvement and evolution of our HR technology solutions. You will play a crucial role in harmonizing, automating, and simplifying employee staffing processes while leveraging AI & GenAI to improve the overall employee experience.

Your key missions:

  • You will collaborate with the Employee Staffing Product Owner to analyze, design, and implement process improvements for Workday Employee Staffing solutions.

  • You will identify opportunities to optimize and automate employee staffing processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.

  • You wil improve our employee, manager and HR user experience in Workday across all of our plateforms (mobile, table and desktop)

  • You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve decision-making and enhance employee experience.

  • You will assist in the integration of AI and GenAI technologies into Workday Employee Staffing processes to drive innovation and improve user experience.

  • You will participate in agile project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR technology solutions.

  • You will provide support and training to end-users, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

  • You will stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to ensure Pernod-Ricard remains at the forefront of innovation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS, specifically with employee staffing solutions.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • You have demonstrated experience in project management and agile methodologies.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • You have experience with AI and GenAI technologies is a plus.

  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
