THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions.
Your role will seat under the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) product family, and you will lead a product squad, Revenue Growth Evaluation.
The position focus on revenue evaluation and optimizations recommendations towards our sales and commercial teams:
As the Revenue Growth Evaluation Product Owner, you will be overseeing one of our Key Digital Programs, Vista Rev’Up. This product relies on advanced analytics. It provides Post Event Analysis and Recommendations on Optimizations upon historical events and sell-out data. This leads to a more personalized and relevant set of optimizations, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will work very closely with our Global business owners, our Data Engineers and Scientists to maintain the product, build the most efficient roadmap and drive the necessary evolutions.
Forward looking, you will build your squad and setup strong relationships with, notably:
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
o Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.o Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.o Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and Global Business Process Owners’ inputso Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updateso Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolutiono Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilizationo Budget Management : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast.
