THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE  TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

Our Collaborative Business Planning ambition is to implement a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process that enables us to make quick and responsive decisions in a constantly shifting market landscape. This process is underpinned by an ambitious technical application roadmap centered on implementing core model processes and solutions to support every stage of Supply Chain Planning across all our affiliates, from Brand companies to Market Companies.

As part of the Planning Product Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Global Core Models to support End-to-End planning operations for our Affiliates. As the Supply Planning Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing our Brand Companies and Global Operations teams with best-in-class solutions for their Production and Capacity Planning.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value. You are the voice of the stakeholders. 

  • Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories. 
  • Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
  • Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI's.
  • Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
  • Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
  • Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
  • ITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

  • You have at 7 years' experience in production planning, supply chain management, material requirement planning especially in Food & Beverage industry or other similar industries such as cosmetics.
  • You already worked on tool implementation and/or IT Product management and have knowledge about agile methodology.
  • You are fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus. French could be preferred.
  • You have good knowledge of softwares such as ANAPLAN, Futuremaster, Dynaxis, SAP Production Planning
