Processing over 5 billion images a year and downloaded over 200 million times, Photoroom is now the world's #1 AI photo-editing app, available across mobile, web, and via an API in over 180 countries.


We are at an exciting stage of our journey. Having successfully raised our Series B, we aim at sustaining 40% YoY growth.

TL;DR

🤓 We are looking for an expert in managing creator and influencer programs to take our global content strategy to the next level! As our new Influencer & Creator Manager, you will take ownership of Photoroom’s proven micro-creator program—tested and validated as a key growth pillar for 2025—and lead its global scaling across key markets.

💰 €55k-75k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE

🇪🇺 We believe it’s important to be in Paris during the onboarding phase to make collaboration and integration easier. After that, we’re flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight of Paris (HQ) and visit the office at least once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often if you’d like. This ensures we stay connected while also supporting our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (up to 10k€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.

🛂 We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.

🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

✨ About the role ✨

You will:

  • Lead the development and scaling of Photoroom’s micro-creator program, empowering creators globally to showcase the value of AI-powered tools to SMBs.

  • Build authentic and impactful relationships with creators and influencers to drive long-term collaboration and alignment with Photoroom’s mission.

  • Inspire creators to innovate by providing the tools, resources, and motivation they need to craft engaging, results-driven content.

  • Drive strategic collaborations with influencers and agencies to amplify Photoroom’s reach and support entrepreneurial success.

  • Shape and execute a global strategy for creator and influencer initiatives, tailoring approaches to cultural and market-specific nuances.

  • Champion measurable impact by monitoring program performance, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing strategies to maximize engagement, awareness, and app installs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social, marketing, and product, to integrate creator and influencer content into broader brand and performance strategies.

You have:

  • Hands-on experience in creator or influencer program management, with a proven ability to scale campaigns and achieve measurable results (e.g., engagement, views, or installs).

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated through building and maintaining long-term partnerships with creators, influencers, and teams.

  • Deep TikTok expertise, including knowledge of trends, platform algorithms, and effective strategies for creator-driven content.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, negotiate costs, and consistently deliver ROI.

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure success and adjust strategies based on insights.

  • Creativity and trend-spotting skills to curate campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

  • Familiarity with tools like Photoroom or other content creation/editing platforms is a plus.

  • International experience, tailoring strategies to cultural nuances across different regions.
