You will lead and run office management, as well as events coordination for our hybrid team of 100 people across Europe and North America.

💰 €50,000-60,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE*

🏠 This is an office- based role. We are a 10 min walk from Oberkampf or République metro station.

❣️ Perks: Learning budget, private health insurance, classpass, babilou, and transportation reimbursement

🏖️  Socials - Annual company retreats, weekly Happy Hour & Game Time

🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

*We can go higher for outstanding profiles

✨ About the role ✨

You'll be at the heartbeat of Photoroom's culture, bringing office life and events together in one smooth experience. You'll make both our physical space and our gatherings feel special, creating memorable moments that energize our team in Paris and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Run our serviced office – Our property managers handle repairs and maintenance once you flag them. You focus on making our office work well for both daily use and external events, and create an exciting place to be when we have 20 people (most days), 100 (during our monthly gatherings), and anything in between (see a bit more about our office here)

  • Be our go-to person – You know where everything is and how to fix, and manage vendors, service providers, and our freelance receptionist with a friendly, can-do approach.

  • Create great events – From monthly team gatherings to virtual get-togethers and our annual offsite, you'll bring people together in ways they'll remember. An agency will support you with the logistics, but you'll bring the ideas and the ambition to create memorable experiences.

  • Open our doors – With an eye to our reputation and company goals, you'll find and host MeetUps, mixers, and industry events that show off our space and build our reputation.

  • Share our story – Run our @lifeatphotoroom Instagram account to show off what you organize and give people a peek into our culture.

  • Keep improving – Listen to the team, collect feedback, and find ways to continuously improve the quality of our events and office while staying in budget

✨ About you ✨

You're the person who makes things happen.

  • You've done this before. You have managed office operations and budgets, and have acted as the main point of contact for vendors, landlords, and service providers. You know how to negotiate contracts and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • You love bringing people together. You have led event planning and coordination, organizing company-wide gatherings, team offsites, or social events that brought people together, created a sense of community, and built a culture people want to belong to.

  • You're proactive. You spot needs before others do and jump in to fix them without being asked. Under your scrutiny, the office works as a well-oiled machine, and events seem crafted out of magic.

  • You're tech savvy. You use tech tools easily – Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace are your friends.

  • You speak French and English well enough to make everyone feel welcome.

If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.
