As a Business Analyst at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, identify opportunities, develop strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. We believe there’s no puzzle we cannot solve with the team we’re building here. Once you join Picnic, your starting project, team and team lead will be determined based on what fits you the best.

  • Solving real-life puzzles: Tackling critical business questions that shape Picnic’s business model every day. Curious about the questions?
  • Innovating across borders: Working on projects spanning three countries and contributing to Picnic’s in-house innovation, shaping the business model as we grow
  • Building sustainable solutions: Using data and technology to develop solutions which are impactful and scalable
  • Owning solutions end-to-end: Taking full ownership of projects, from conceptualization to implementation across different areas of the business
  • Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the driver's seat and redefine the grocery shopping experience

Your superpowers

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
  • 0-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale up or business consulting
  • Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
  • Strong communication skills which allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
  • Proficient with SQL and Python or excited to learn
  • EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU

Note: This is not a one-time hire. We’re hiring for this role throughout the year as part of our ongoing growth and expansion.
