Since our founding in 2019, Pigment has become one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world today. Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 480 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London, Paris and soon San Francisco, and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

What you'll do
Work with team members and customers to build the business requirements into a functioning Pigment applicationUnderstanding business requirements translated from the customer by the lead ArchitectBuilding the corresponding Pigment applications following the overall design architectureBe the builder for the local (US) team and interact with Product & R&D in the French HQ. You’ll work on the largest Pigment’s customer, we’ll constantly be pushing the boundaries of our platform.Support the team during the UAT phaseIntegrating source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)Learn from these experiences to get better at similar situations in the future, for you and the rest of the Pigment eco-systemWho you are
Exceptionally skilled in building complex systems while keeping the view of the reasons for building themA great learner, especially of new domains: we work for very diverse customer use cases & businesses. Pigment is a business platform, you must understand what you are building.Ability to take in multiple requests and information yet know when to focus to deliver deep work, your priorityAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing product, this is not your standard B2B software, we are 1% finished.Fluent English and French or additional European languages is an advantageMaster’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferredWhat we offer
