Pigment is seeking a Social Media Manager Intern to help manage our growing social media presence. As a leading B2B SaaS platform engaging with audiences ranging from financial analysts to C-level business leaders, you’ll play a key role in increasing our brand awareness and recognition by creating and managing content across Pigment’s social media channels. 

In this role, you’ll be encouraged to bring new and creative ideas to the table, working with internal teams to develop high-quality content across various media formats, including text, images and video. You will have the opportunity to inform and shape Pigment’s social media strategy, contributing to the overall growth of Pigment’s brand across social media channels. 

What You Will do:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple media format that aligns with Pigment’s brand in collaboration with internal teams
  • Plan, coordinate and manage Pigment’s social media content including company news, thought leadership, events, and industry trends 
  • Assist in managing Pigment’s organic social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn 
  • Monitor industry news, competitor activity, and social media trends to identify opportunities to create relevant, timely content 
  • Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style and voice 
  • Contribute ideas for new and creative ways to boost engagement and differentiate Pigment from competitors on social media
  • Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics, offering insights to inform content and strategy
  • Who You Are:

  • You are passionate about social media marketing and how it can be used to build and engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and contribute to business growth 
  • You have a understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • You are an excellent communicator - both verbal and written - with an understanding of how to create engaging content that’s consistent in tone, style and voice
  • Familiar with design tools such as Figma or Canva, and can use them to create high-quality, visually appealing content
  • Creatively driven but can also analytical, can can use data to measure performance and inform content strategies 
  • A collaborative team player that’s also comfortable getting stuck in and taking ownership of projects 
  • You proactively look for new ways to generate fresh ideas 
  • Experience creating content on LinkedIn - whether for other brands or personal projects - is a plus
