The position

Job description

This is a full-time and fixed terme role for a Business Project Manager (BPM) ( 6 months). The role can be located in Paris, London or Dublin.

Key Responsibilities are:

-  Lead global strategic developments already identified, and work with key stakeholders to form a view on future focuses for development based on business key focuses.

- Support key business unit developments.

- Ensure the smooth functioning and overall health of the Discovery, Design, and Delivery process (e.g. sprint retrospectives, improving documentation, ensuring tech partner are delivering)

- Key extended stakeholder management: Engage with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project milestones.

- Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

- Monitor project expenditures, allocate resources effectively within allocated financial parameters.

- Communication and Reporting: Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and key insights on project status, risks, and dependencies.

- Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of innovation, adoption, and continuous improvement, facilitating smooth transitions, and maximizing the value of implemented technologies.


Preferred experience

- Extensive experience in programme management, with a focus on implementing technology solutions for business stakeholders.

- Proven track record of leading successful large-scale transformation programs in diverse industries, particularly in consumer goods companies.

- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate organizational objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.

- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

- Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability to achieve project milestones.

- Proficient in risk management, budget oversight, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track and within scope

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.

- Ideally, knowledge of CDPs and SFMC.
