The adventure started mid-2023 with three founders, former C-levels from fintech unicorns (Qonto and Swile) and highly experienced engineer from top-notch tech companies.
Since then we’ve raised €5M in pre-seed and €20M in Series A with tier-1 investors and built a team of 40 with a product operating with customers across 10 countries.
We are looking for smart, execution-driven people to join our team, with a strong focus on excellence and a desire to achieve great things as a team.
Your Role
As you join Pivot in the early stages of our success, this will be a unique opportunity to have significant transversal impact. We are seeking our first Content Marketing, directly working with our Head of Marketing and co-founder, who will build and execute a cross-channel content marketing strategy aligned with Pivot’s growth and brand goals !
You will be responsible for the following missions:
Content Strategy Development:
Create and implement a cohesive content strategy across channels, balancing short-form and long-form content based on marketing goals
Content Creation and Management:
Develop, write, and edit articles, social media posts, content for events, and other materials aligned with Pivot’s mission and product
Oversee and maintain a consistent, high-quality content tone across our platforms
Repurpose existing content into new formats to reach broader audiences
SEO and Content Optimization:
Conduct keyword and competitive research to enhance SEO and drive organic traffic
Optimize SEO elements and structure content for search visibility.
Content Planning and Calendar Management:
Plan and manage a content calendar to keep content timely and relevant to industry trends
Performance Tracking and Data Analysis:
Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to maximize impact

Requirements
You are native in English
You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup
You are proactive, able to prioritize, and willing to thrive in our rapidly growing startup environment and contribute energetically to our collective success.
You have strong inclination towards content and brand differentiation, and a good global understand of marketing scopes (content creation, events, adds)
You pay close attention to details, an excellent listener, and a valuable team member.
