The position

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company’s growth efforts. The CRO will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenue, overseeing key metrics such as customer growth, by acquisition of new customers and improved retention and loyalty. This person will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction and at maximizing revenue and lifetime value per subscriber.

This person will report into the CEO and will collaborate closely with the Marketing team and its Country Managers, the Product team and the Customer Support team to align revenue and retention tactics with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on Customer Acquisition in France, Spain and Italy: Drive strategies to grow the volume of new subscribers under an omnichannel strategy. 

  • Analyze and drive efficiencies in customer acquisition costs (CACs) by monitoring on an ongoing basis and testing for the most efficient channel mix, campaigns mix, and tactics for each geography.

  • Lead on Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Optimization: Design initiatives that increase user engagement, boost retention and generate more revenue and value per existing user.

  • Conversion rate optimisation: Lead on the Web and Stores front windows to enhance the user experience and education on the unique value proposition and to drive conversions to funnel entry. Collaborate with the Product Lead to design a coherent testing roadmap end to end from web sessions to funnel completion.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Keep the lead on the development of performance analytics to track key indicators (KPIs) and to identify key levers of growth opportunities.

  • Team management: You will lead and develop a team of 5, composed of a Growth Manager, a Customer Success Manager BtoC and a CRM Manager and a couple of interns.


Preferred experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue, sales, or growth leadership role (e.g., CRO, Senior Growth Manager, VP of Growth)

  • Strong background in driving subscription-based business models

  • Experience in managing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

  • Deep understanding of customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) optimization

  • Hands on approach

  • Strong data analysis and performance tracking skills

  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing,in a BtoC environment

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to structure A/B test strategies and measure their impact effectively.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
