Prismic
Sadek is a developer that evolved into being Prismic's CEO — not quite as Pokemon evolve but close. After building a career as a software architect, he co-founded Play Framework, an open-source web framework, and worked for companies such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Sadek then shifted his focus on simplifying website building, created Prismic, and grew a team around it. He is a strong believer in Radical Candor and product-led growth.
Nouha is the Head of Acquisition at Prismic. With her team, they make Prismic popular in developer communities through the creation of content, tools, and resources for developers. Among other things, they participate in conferences, meet-ups, live streams, and podcasts as well as making tutorials, YouTube videos, and maintaining open-source integrations to make developers' lives easier. After three years in the company, she's still having a blast being surrounded by an ambitious and talented team, whom she trusts in helping grow both the company and herself.
Faateh joined Prismic as a Senior Account Executive in 2022. With 7 years of Sales experience he joined Prismic to further develop his skills in a new industry and a SaaS solution. Faateh had previously managed Sales with an Innovation Agency on a Global level and had expanded clients bases in Germany, UK, US and the Middle East. He knew that switching to a different industry would be a challenge, but at Prismic she found a team that enabled her to learn and develop new skills. What he enjoys most about working at Prismic is being surrounded by international, open-minded, talented, & respectful people.
In 2013, Arnaud started his first job at Traveldoo (part of the Expedia Group) as a Software Engineer. Two years later, he ended up at Zengularity, the company where Prismic started. He started by interning for a few months, but once he graduated, was brought into the Prismic development team. When Prismic broke away from Zengularity in 2017, Arnaud and Sebastien were the only developers working on the product. Prismic has been growing steadily since then, and Arnaud has enjoyed moving into a lead developer role where he is happy to be surrounded by great people that he can coach and help take the product to new levels.
Xavier recently joined Prismic and quickly got involved with the Dev Tools team. As someone passionate about Front-End development, he found a fitting challenge in the open-source project, Slice Machine. Working alongside a cross-functional team of software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA experts and a Product Manager, he thrives in a collaborative environment. What drew him to Prismic was its useful product and the company's international approach. With a supportive onboarding process and a dynamic balance between autonomy and collaboration in the engineering culture, Xavier is excited about what lies ahead at Prismic.
Andrea joined Prismic as an Account Executive in 2019. She was previously working in the financial industry in Colombia until she decided to move to France to get a Master's in Negotiation. She knew that switching to a different industry would be a challenge, but at Prismic she found a team that enabled her to learn and develop new skills. What she enjoys most about working at Prismic is being surrounded by international, open-minded, talented, & respectful people.
Alaina joined Prismic as a Product Manager last year. Together with her squad, she is focused on enabling digital agencies to build great websites for their clients with Prismic. In this role, she enjoys the opportunity to work alongside Developers, Designers and UX Researchers as well as Revenue and Partnership teams. Her favorite part of the process is combining the experimental mindset she gained building early stage startups with the quality and simplicity that makes Prismic's product so successful.
Toni joined Prismic in the second half of 2022 as a Revenue Operations Manager. With 10 years experience within VC backed SaaS within Sales and Product-Led organisations - she started her career as a Sales Person and eventually evolved into an Operational Revenue Leader. Her love for reverse engineering success now allows her to work with multiple teams in Client facing roles such as Solution Engineers, AEs, CSMs and SDRs to support them in executing their roles to the best of their abilities. What she enjoys most is finding new solutions through better process, data, tools and insights; ensuring Prismic remains ahead of the curve and creates impact within its go-to-market strategy and execution.

Good to know
We're making a calm, non-intrusive CMS that simply works, and works very well – on its own, and with other tools.
We're based in Paris (yes, that means you will have the choice to face the horrible prospect of moving to Paris, but you can also work from anywhere since Prismic is a Remote-first company) and have a relaxed culture with lots of little perks that will help you do your job to the best of your ability.
