To provide local 1st line IT support to colleagues in Vendargues, and remote 1st line IT support to colleagues elsewhere in the world
To manage our IT vendor for 2nd and 3rd line support
Onboard / offboarding of team members in line with IT and Information Security policies
Ownership of the local network in the Vendargues office, including a plan for its maintenance

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluent in French and English

• 1st Line IT support on Windows and macOS

• Vendor Management of third party IT support team

• Onboarding / Offboarding of team members

-       Laptop procurement / return
-       Account creation / deletion
-       Training of users in IT and Information Security best practices

• Ensuring application of appropriate IT and Information Security policies

• Monitoring of systems and logs to ensure patch management

• Local Network ownership

Tools that would be useful to know about:
●      VPNs,
●      Firewalls,
●      Directory Management,
●      EDR/XDR tools,
●      Anti-virus,
●      Software and Patch Management
●      ITIL Processes
Studies :
Bac +4/5 in IT security or equivalent
5 years’ experience preferred
