In Marseille, given the growth of its teams, Provepharm has two "Cubes" or buildings in the 13th arrondissement, in the heart of the Château Gombert Technopole, where companies and universities mix. You'll find their chemical development laboratory in Cube 1. Cube 2 houses their production plant, which enables larger-scale production. Office design is a key issue for Provepharm, and they are convinced that a pleasant working environment promotes well-being at work. The spaces have therefore been refurbished and decompartmentalized, offering opportunities to progress individually, in project mode, formally and informally. Some spaces even encourage people to disconnect, to reconnect with themselves or with others, allowing for more intellectual rest and therefore greater productivity later on.

Collegeville
The Collegeville office consists of an office suite that is the home office for employees from several different departments. There are private workspaces for employees as well as large conference rooms for face-to-face and virtual meetings. This provides a great deal of privacy as well as spaces that encourage collaboration.
Conference rooms are equipped with excellent technology including large screens, cameras and noise-cancelling microphones so that groups can meet virtually with ease. If you prefer to stay in the office for lunch, the office has a spacious kitchen where employees can store and prepare their own meals. Away from the office, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and beautiful walking trails in the surrounding area.

Newark
Provepharm has opened new offices in Newark, New Jersey, continuing its growth in North America. The new premises, which cover almost 750 m2, can accommodate up to 27 employees and have become the workplace for staff from several different departments.
Their location
The offices are in One Newark Center, a contemporary office building in the heart of the city's business district. This prime location offers significant advantages for the company. As Mary Jane Helenek, EVP and Managing Director, points out, "Newark is an important hub for the New York metropolitan area. It takes just a few minutes to get to midtown Manhattan or Newark Liberty International Airport. What's more, many trains serving Philadelphia and Washington DC run within a stone's throw of our offices. In addition, New Jersey is home to many pharmaceutical companies and the skilled people who work there, making it easy to recruit for our future growth. "Most of the employees who will be working in our new offices will be spoilt for choice when it comes to transport," she adds. In addition to the convenience of transport, the area has a wealth of cultural venues and sports facilities. The Prudential Center, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the Newark Museum and the Red Bull Arena are just a few minutes away. There are also countless restaurants close by, serving American specialties as well as those from all over the world.
Collaboration
“The workspaces in our new offices have been designed to encourage collaboration between colleagues. Communication is essential to achieving business objectives and is much more effective when it takes place face-to-face rather than via email. As not all employees will be in Newark, we will be encouraging live teams and video conferencing to replace face-to-face meetings where these are not possible. I believe that these new offices will reinforce our efforts to establish a One Company culture throughout the company, both here and in France," concludes Mary-Jane Helenek.
London office
Provepharm's UK office has just opened and currently serves the UK sales subsidiary. It is in a Regus complex close to Heathrow airport and is therefore well served by national and international travel links.
The office itself consists of a large room and two smaller offices. The large room is used for meetings such as training or business planning with Key Account Managers, or when colleagues are visiting from France. The two smaller rooms are dedicated to the Country Lead and the Office Manager/Executive Assistant, but they are also equipped so that they can also be used for informal meetings.
