The position

Job description

You develop, manage and coordinate the advertising and communication campaigns for global clients.

You are a brand champion, an agency facilitator, and trusted partner to both clients and your team.  You are the ‘to-go person’ clients reach out on day-to-day needs.

You have 3+ years of communication and advertising experience among internships, and confirmed account executive posts –preferably in healthcare agency, and you have a deep interest on business logic, in order to steward all elements of engagement, including project management.

Or maybe you’ve been working in healthcare communications and been wandering the idea to take the leap to consumer communications – this is a good opportunity, while working within a great and very international team.

This is not a “meeting coordinator” or an “admin” position – just setting up meetings and handling daily client requests. This position requires a strong leadership mentality to effectively help Directors manage the business.

In details:

  • Manage one or several brands
  • Keep updated the client brand strategic overview and the competitive analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day communication between the clients and Publicis teams, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Help execute scope of works and communications plan across disciplines and agency teams
  • Keep a pulse on emerging platforms and trends that are relevant to our work and clients.
  • Take part in upstream thinking and creative brief for campaign making, as well as review and present concepts/layouts/copy for approval
  • Manage campaign budgets, in terms of return on investment to fit client expectations and in terms of profitability to fit agency expectations.
  • Elaborate budget plans and have them validated by the account director.
  • Take part in the selling of creations and recommendations, and in the negotiation of agency fees.
  • Administrative tasks: arrange and attend meetings and write conference reports to document the outcome of meetings

Preferred experience

  • Be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, flexible and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of nationalities
  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills in English
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Passionate about getting others involved and having fun along the way
  • Accurate and proficient note-taking abilities
