Job description

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Lead for a 6-month project assignment to work as part of a client-side team that is leading an exciting program to change the way that all marketing content gets produced, using AI.   

The team is looking at how to anticipate food trends, produce delicious food content more rapidly using a wide range of sources including GenAI, track performance and optimise what is produced. 

We are looking for someone with a background in digital marketing, with experience of the impact of creative technology.  They need to be a great written and verbal communicator, and an evangelist for the potential of GenAI, with a strong bias for action.  This role would suit an account director, with some program management experience, or a Program manager with excellent communication skills.

Reporting directly into the our client, the Global Digital Director of the business unit, this role will plan and lead the communication of the program to all stakeholders, from the marketing steerco to the individual local market teams that they are partnering with.  This is a combination of tracking progress, exciting them with the potential of what can be achieved, and leading the process of change management. 

Experience of the food or drink category would be preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder and change management: driving the communication and adoption of a new approach to content production.
  • Creating and delivering engaging and informative presentations to partners, internal stakeholders, company steerco’s.
  • Designing a delivering the communication plan for the program, including internal video production.
  • Identifying areas of underperformance / weakness and owning the solution development (either with team members or escalating).
  • Own at least 2 x market relationships / modules.
  • Prepare a roll-out plan for markets and manage the governance.

Preferred experience

  • Min. 7 years' experience in account or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a program plan.
  • Willingness to work as part of a globally distributed client team (UK/NL).
  • Working with teams around the world with English as the common language.
  • Passion for all things AI and Gen AI.
