Job description

 

TICKETING AND CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER OFFICER

TICKETING

  • In coordination with the marketing team, design and implement the ticketing offer and customer order processes to maximize revenue
  • Look after website developments to ensure the booking process works well for attendees and delegations  (incl. create codes)
  • In pairs with the digital marketing manager, implement the relevant CRM journey and triggers for event attendees and delegates
  • Prospect: identify and engage with relevant networks in consistency with the Women’s Forum DNA, target groups, and annual theme
  • Implement promotions when relevant 
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of ticketing: selling and payment process using our Hubspot sales tool, Travel, visa and accommodations when necessary
  • Analyze and report on sales

 

ATTENDEES AND DELEGATES CARE

  • Design the customer care communication tool kit
  • Ensure customer care support before/during/after the event 
  • Train and manage the attendees staff team during the event 
  • Welcome delegations and VIP during the event
  • Implement customer surveys post event 

 


Preferred experience

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • De formation supérieure et/ou ayant de l’expérience en billetterie, vous justifiez d’une expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Vous êtes passionné·e et avez une bonne connaissance des métiers du service à la clientèle 
  • Personne autonome, polyvalente, réactive avec un intérêt marqué pour l’administratif et les chiffres
  • Bonne faculté de travailler en équipe
  • Dynamique, créatif·ve, organisé·e, flexible et bonne résistance au stress
