Overview:

As an IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of products or services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards. Your leadership skills will be essential in coordinating teams, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements by conducting regular reviews and implementing quality assurance processes.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
  8. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Candidate must have 14 to 20 years of experience.
