ABOUT THE ROLE…
Pure Storage Spain is seeking a talented Global Account Manager (GAM) to join our EMEA team to be based in Madrid. As a GAM, you will manage a select group of global accounts, lead strategic initiatives, and drive team-selling efforts to achieve business goals.

You will:
- Prospect & Close Deals: Identify and engage key decision-makers to close business.
- Strategic Planning: Lead account planning and develop long-term relationships with global customers and partners.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to ensure our products fit customer requirements.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying new market opportunities and optimizing customer relationships.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality proposals and meet customer satisfaction targets.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.
- 7+ years of successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling experience within technology services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing large global contracts.
- Experience in building and maintaining deep relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Strong ability to develop and implement strategic account plans and drive sales transformation programs.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work effectively with channel partners and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a hunter role, with a focus on opening and developing large accounts.
- Native/Bilingual Spanish and business professional English Required
