Rizky has been with Pure Storage for two years, leading a team of 16 engineers to tackle diverse challenges, from technical issues like kernel and CSS problems to supporting their team in solving complex problems and growing their careers. Rizky thrives on coordinating feature deliveries, infrastructure, and critical fixes while fostering a collaborative, can-do culture. Excited by the dynamic nature of the role, he sees increasing demands as opportunities to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Rizky enjoys traveling with the family and inspiring their children to embrace learning for personal and collective growth.

Laura is an Engineering Manager in the Infrastructure Shared Services organization at Pure Storage. Laura leads the ISS DevOps team, which develops and operates infrastructure delivery solutions to support both internal teams and customers, enabling Product teams to focus on innovation. With over two years at Pure, Laura has witnessed the company’s rapid evolution, from decision-making to prioritizing what matters most to stay competitive and innovative. Laura finds fulfillment in blending technical expertise with people management, which Laura describes as highly rewarding.

Outside of work, Laura is a passionate hobby gardener.

Lenka works as a front-end engineer in the DX team, focusing on the Pure1 management console, where customers manage upgrades to the Purity operating system. Lenka loves participating in UX design and coding, with a strong emphasis on user interactions. Lenka has been with Pure Storage for 2.5 years. Before joining, she worked for a small Czech company as a freelancer, making Pure Lenk’s first experience in a large multinational corporation.

Outside of work, Lenka is a well-known YouTube influencer and one of the most visible LGBT+ rights activists in Czechia. Lenka enjoys creating content, advocating for equality, and spending time with son, which takes up most of Lenka’s free time.

Matej is working on the Disaster Recovery as a Service product as a QA lead for the only C++ project in DX, focused on low-level data manipulation. Matej joined Pure as a developer and quickly transitioned into a leadership position, eventually growing into an Engineering Manager role. Matej’s typical workday is a balance of meetings and preparation, ensuring everything is well-planned, timelines are met, and the team is supported. While there may be many meetings, Matej values their necessity in keeping everything on track, with no missed details, realistic timelines, and a focus on maintaining a happy, stress-free team.

Outside of work, Matej enjoys driving cars and has recently taken up snowboarding. Staying active is important to Matej, and Mtej appreciates working alongside smart, talented colleagues who make everyday job easier. The team is also planning a ski trip, one of the social activities Matej looks forward to with colleagues.

Adam is a Product Manager in the Digital Experience group at Pure Storage. During his 3.5 years at the company, he has witnessed the Prague site grow from 60 to over 650+ employees. Despite this rapid expansion, Adam notes that Pure has maintained its strong culture and values, which continue to thrive. A typical day for Adam starts with morning exercise and a much-needed coffee, followed by tasks such as drafting product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, and meeting with customers. He balances work with fun activities like midday walks by the river, playing ping pong in site-wide tournaments, and joining colleagues for beach volleyball in the summer. Adam finds great satisfaction in turning ideas into innovations by challenging the status quo. Adam also enjoys guiding his team through challenges and aligning their efforts with Pure Storage’s goals—a process rooted in the company’s culture. Adam’s team has a strong sense of community, often organizing small gatherings or short trips, such as olive oil tastings or mushroom foraging. Adam truly enjoys working with his team.

Outside of work, Adam loves exploring Prague’s coffee shops, finishing books, or playing video games.
