OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a very dynamic team.
OurDelivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful software delivery. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between Client Business needs, Tech and Product Teams by understanding and analysing health insurers operational processes, their requirements and rationale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Operations Process Analysis
Understand and document health insurance operational as-is and to-be processes, workflows and capture client requirements and pain points.
Independently facilitate client workshops, deep dive into their target operating model and propose AI driven solutions and recommendations
Document detailed business processes and functional requirements specifications for the Technology and Product teams.
Provide valuable insights to inform the design of our Products suitable to improve clients’ healthcare processes, support them through change and transformation.
Partner with technical project managers to conduct in-depth client discovery calls, identifying pain points and opportunities for process improvement
Stakeholders Management
Manage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them
Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution
Contribute to health insurance innovation knowledge management within Qantev
Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks
REQUIREMENTS
+3 years of experience in a healthcare business analyst operational role, with demonstrable knowledge of health insurance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Management, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them to clear and thorough functional specifications for successful product design.
Strong communication skills are vital for engaging effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, used to presenting client technical proposals through detailed Business Requirements Documents (BDR), corporate presentations.
Fluency in English is a must.
Bonus skills
Proficiency in additional languages like French, Chinese, or Thai is an advantage.
Change management experience is a plus.
Exposure to SaaS-based projects and innovative digital transformation initiatives.
