Job description

About the role 🚀

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our product team, you’ll help shape the future of our product, define design processes, and contribute significantly to our product culture from the ground up.

What you will do 👊

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences

  • Translate complex product requirements into simple and elegant user interfaces

  • Advocate for the user through both quantitative & qualitative data (customer feedback, user research, data & analytics)

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web

  • Adhere to design system and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout the product

  • Participate in and lead design reviews, providing and soliciting constructive feedback

  • Create branded content, social media content, presentation content, demo videos, and slides

  • Develop graphic designs and illustrations to enhance user engagement

  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the design process


Preferred experience

Who you are 😀

  • 5+ years of of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products

  • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful products

  • Portfolio showcasing excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Strong experience with high fidelity prototyping, design systems

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your design solutions

  • Fluency in English (Both Verbal and written). French and any additional languages are a plus

Bonus skills 🤩

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or in insurance/financial services

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
