About the Team 👥
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team. The Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful project delivery and ongoing support. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.
About the role 🚀
As a key player in the team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and best project management practices. Your core responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing reports, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders.
What you will do 👊
Support the overall project planning and successful delivery implementation of our largest customer projects with strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales)
Develop tailored presentations and reports for client projects aligned with their respective objectives, scope and requirement agreed
Assist the facilitation and preparation of client workshops, document outputs
Proactively gather information, seek resolution of emerging challenges aligned with the project priorities
Support client stakeholder management activities with client project team and daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them
Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products
Think critically about the project management practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement
Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning
Who you are 😀
Consulting Experience: to thrive in this role, you must have a business consulting background with more than 2 years of experience in a consultancy firm. This experience is essential for driving and participating in strategic and analytical initiatives.
Exceptional analytical and structured thinking: You have the ability to break down complex problems with a pragmatic approach, balancing analysis with actionable solutions.
Effective communicator: You can articulate your thoughts clearly, both in writing and verbally, when interacting with internal teams and external clients.
Proactive and professional: You demonstrate initiative, follow through on commitments, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
Fluency in English: Essential for the role.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable working in dynamic, scale-up settings.

Bonus skills 🤩
Knowledge of the insurance or SaaS sectors is a significant advantage.
Understanding of Project Management principles and best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Chinese, or Thai is an advantage.
