Team

Reporting to the Senior Account Executive in charge of the DACH region, you will play a critical role driving the successful growth and presence of the company in the region. The role requires a blend of sales and marketing skills, proactivity and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Sales Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential prospects.

  • Execute cold email campaigns to generate leads.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.

Lead Nurturing and Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain sales content to engage and nurture leads.

  • Support account-based management strategies to maximize customer relationships.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling content for social selling to enhance the personal brand of Sales Managers.

  • Develop posts, articles, and other materials to position the managers as thought leaders in the DACH market.

Event Participation and Support:

  • Join in-person events across the region.

  • Assist with event logistics, including planning, setup, and breakdown.

  • Support marketing tasks related to events, such as promotional materials and follow-up communications.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage CRM data entry and updates.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and analytics.


Preferred experience

  • Previous experience in a sales the insurance or technology sector is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

Recruitment process

  • Screen call with a Sales Team Member - 15mn (visio)

  • 1st interview with your future line Manager – 1H (visio or on-site)

  • Catch-up interview with a Sales Team Member – 30mn (on-site)

  • Final interview with Qantev Head of Sales - 15mn (visio)
