As a Data Scientist, you will harness the power of data to develop and refine machine learning models that drive our cutting-edge AI solutions.
Your work will be crucial in transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling us to build advanced algorithms and optimize our AI products. Collaborating closely with engineers and product teams, you will help shape our data-driven strategies and accelerate our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn about health data and healthcare insurance dynamics
Work on different Deep Learning, Machine Learning and statistical methods for Document AI and fraud, Waste and Abuse detection (FWA)
Aid in the deployment of the models in production
Improve OCR and NLP pipelines deployed on insurance claims data
Enhance fraud detection machine learning models
Work on optimizing these models based on user’s feedback
Develop papers, blog posts and open-source trained models
Aid in maintaining and scaling our internal AI package
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Deep Learning, or Machine Learning Engineer - prior experience working in the healthcare industry is a strong plus (Document AI, Medical Coding, Fraud, Waste and Abuse detection)
Flawless Fluency and English - any additional language would be a strong plus (French, Spanish, German, Cantonese)
Strong communication and presentation skills: you have the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Deep curiosity about the new advancements on AI, up to date with the SOTA
Experience in delivering and maintaining models in production
Very good coding skills in Python
