The position

Job description

Reporting directly to our Product Lead, you will join the product team as the sole Product Designer, taking over from your predecessor who transitioned into product management. Your mission will focus on refining UX foundations, enhancing DesignOps, and embedding a user-centric culture in our delivery processes to support Qantev’s strategic growth.

Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze data to collect and qualify the needs of users, including clients, internal stakeholders, and prospects.

  • Design simple, cohesive, and innovative solutions to meet user needs, driving metrics such as engagement, and adoption, while considering technical constraints.

  • Draft clear, detailed design specifications to guide development teams.

  • Support the implementation of new features by testing and ensuring quality during the production process.

  • Measure the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate in an agile manner to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Lead DesignOps initiatives, such as enhancing documentation, optimizing workflows, maintaining and evolving the design system, optimizing tools 

  • Collaborate with the product team to embed a user-centric vision into delivery processes and foster a strong design culture.

  • Contribute to the product strategy by aligning design efforts with Qantev’s broader business goals.


Preferred experience

  • +5 years of experience in Product Design, preferably in SaaS B2B industry

  • Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research, with the ability to gather insights that inform design decisions.

  • Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to understand and transform user needs and pain points into impactful design solutions.

  • Experience in DesignOps, including optimizing workflows, and improving the efficiency of design processes, maintaining and evolving design systems and documentation

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to solve complex design challenges.

  • Proficiency in Figma (crafting and prototyping), with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Flawless Fluency in English
